Our editorial standards

Last updated: October 3, 2026

Useful advice should explain both the reason to buy and the reason to wait.

Start with a real use case

Our articles begin with recognizable home situations. We consider the room, the people using it, the task, and the work involved in maintaining a purchase. A recommendation that suits one household may be a poor fit for another, so our guides make those differences visible.

Distinguish research from testing

WanjiLab’s launch collection consists of research-based planning and buying guides. It does not include hands-on product testing. We use manufacturer documentation and relevant primary sources for factual care and safety information, and label practical judgments as editorial guidance. We do not publish invented test results, product scores, customer review counts, or personal anecdotes.

Keep commercial links in context

Retailer links are provided as places to continue comparing options. They do not guarantee the availability, price, or suitability of any particular product. We explain the characteristics to check before purchase rather than treating a retailer’s entire range as a single recommendation. Commercial relationships, when applicable, are disclosed. Current launch links are ordinary links without affiliate tracking.

Be clear about images and authorship

Articles are credited to WanjiLab Editorial rather than fictional individual contributors. AI tools assist in drafting and site production. Publication responsibility remains with WanjiLab. Licensed scene photographs are illustrative and should not be interpreted as our own home, a specific retailer’s product, or a tested item.

Maintain and correct

We date articles and identify factual sources where relevant. Product details can change, and readers should check the exact product listing and care instructions. If you find an error, send the article URL and the relevant detail through our contact page. We assess correction requests and update substantive information when needed.

Choose what already works

Buying is one possible response to a household problem, not the default. Our guides encourage measuring, rearranging, repairing when appropriate, and trying a simpler routine before adding more things.

Make room for the everyday.

Less time on chores. More room for living.
Choose technology that earns its place.
